The FGDs will be conducted among returned OFW domestic workers to surface the issues and concerns of OFW domestic workers and find out whether the government reform package for household service workers, instituted in December 2006, has improved the situation of OFW domestic workers. Philcomdev is part of the consultative group of the Rhapsody Project which intends to address the sexual and reproductive health and rights of OFW domestic workers.
